As a seasoned former partner at a regional CPA firm with over 18 years of experience, I have seen a lot, to say the least. I've worked with individuals with less than $200,000 in income to companies with over $4 billion in revenue in nearly every industry, including real estate, technology, engineering and professional services, healthcare, retail, hospitality, franchises, manufacturing, and oil field services. I've gained comprehensive experience with financial reporting, consolidations, mergers and acquisitions (both sides), start-ups and wind-downs, and restructuring. Although often on the audit side of these things, I always treated each relationship as a collaboration, but the audit always had to come first.
So now, I'm just here to help people and companies achieve their goals.
